Every city seems to have at least one restaurant where there is a months-long waiting list to get a reservation at the chef’s table in the kitchen. How silly, when you can get that very same experience at the charming Salt & Pepper with no protracted wait involved. Every table at this tiny spot is the chef’s table, and the proximity of watching your food prepared right in front of you will make you feel like you’ve somehow miraculously landed in the chef’s home. And did I mention the delicious food? Sorry, I was caught up watching it being prepared.
